Login

After registering your company details, we will check VAT number before assigning a definitive login to you. This because we do only business-to-business.

Ordering

You can place your orders directly through the webshop or if your company has its own purchase procedure, first generate a quotation request in the webshop. We will then send you a quotation so that your purchase department can issue a purchase order to ARRANGED BV.

Samples for test

Yes, we can provide free of charges samples for tests, we would even recommend this. But we will only send samples so if we have the full background of your test. Meaning solvent, particles, flow rates, existing products that have been used or testing so far.

Delivery

We only deliver to registered companies within the EU, the United Kingdom Switzerland and Norway.
We deliver DDP within the EU and DAP for the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway (Incoterms 2020).
Small deliveries are send by courier (e.g. UPS or FedEx), larger deliveries are made by truck.

Delivery times

If we have the article in stock, within 2 to 3 working days.
Express deliveries are also possible, please contact us.
If not in stock, count on 4 to 6 weeks.

Payment

Our standard payment terms is 30 days after invoice date. For a first order could be we will demand payment in advance.

Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00.
